Hi,
I have repaid my TYTO CASH Loan of Rs 6587 through the APP .
But the loan amount has not yet been updated in the APP and they have added late fine.
The agents are calling and told me to pay the dues again to their provided UPI ID and once i repay it , they will refund the previous loan amount ( paid through APP) and will update it in the APP. But in the APP, it is mentioned to pay through the APP only, not to transfer to any personal account provided by the agents. The agents are saying that it is their Company UPI ID and the UPI IDs differ from each other.
I have always repaid TYTO CASH loan on time. Kindly do the needful and update it in the app
