I took a loan from Cashbean App in Dec 2019 and repaid the amount and closed the loan in Feb 2020. But the payment is not updated on my Cibil records and there is an overdue amount which is impacting my credit score. The Loan app is closed and I am not able to get in touch with their customer service team. Kindly assist in getting this resolved.
