My caplaint was rupeek gold loan application ( Rupeek Fintech Private Limited) company was offer me loan renwal and top up. ..there is company was renwal done but different amount was not credited my account after processing 20 days later..and i constantly try to contact customer care and he/she always said to me As soon as Possible credit in my bank account i have try to process 8/02/2023 and todays date is 28/02/2023 not properly answer to me what time to credit different amount in my bank account. And other think is not any amount was given but company day wise interest charge me . So please help me to do….
