I, Mr. Manish chanchlani, aged about 25 years, r/at: Ulhasnagar, i hereby present my detail grievance in front of official authorities i.e., abovenamed you.
I states that around in the month of May 2022, I have visited the Application of Hediay loan, as they offering loan facilities, on that time i just visited such website in order came to know about the whole details of loan system facilities, thereafter i decided to took loan as I was in urgent financial need, but unfortunately the interest rate which they were offering i couldn’t thought that it is correct interest rate which they take after paying the loan amount.
I further states that subsequently i attached my documents i.e. aadhar card, pan card, etc while I thought of applying the loan amount, but as when I came to know that it was huge interest rate they were charge, on that time i back out from all such things.
I further states that when I back out from this, i ain’t received any single penny as a loan amount, which was correct because I could not proceeded further because of huge interest rates. As of now, since from 06/05/2022 i got the call from various mobile numbers, as they trying to threatening and harassing me to pay the loan amount of Rs. 7000/- otherwise they will trying to alleged false allegations against me by misusing my documents i.e., aadhar card, pan card in order to trap me, even also threatening me that they will edit my pictures i.e. edited my picture with n@de pictures of girls.
I state that even when they called me on 06/05/2022 they spoke me with filthy language by abusing me in slang language in order to make the payment. I further states that I have been harassed to the utmost level at the hands of them, today i.e. on 07/05/2022 they sent me edited picture of mine alongwith n@de girl picture and threatening and harassing me that if I do not make the payment within so and so time, then they will forward/leak my pictures to the other persons of my contact list, even they have the contact list of mine, and threatening me that they shall send the picture to each and every one in my contact list and on 08th of May they send the msgs to my contact list along with my adhr card and pen card and they call one of my contact and talk with him very slang aur falty lenguage and this happens continue till today.
I states that I have each and every kind of evidence to prove my contents, even the screenshots i have been saved in my phone, even the picture of mine, for which they have been harassing me to the utmost level. I request before you kindly be please to take strict action against them, if such kind of fake pictures spread on social media or else any one else in my contact list, then this will largely affect my personal life and the reputation of mine n my family members.
I further states that I being the peace loving and law abiding citizen of india, belonging from a good family background, also a final year law student, do hereby present my grievance by intimating the official authorities regarding the cyber crime, it is very much necessary to take strict legal action against them as how they are playing with the lives of innocent people’s, at what level the people are been harassed from such day-to-day cyber crime. I prayed and request before you kindly be please to take strict action against them as they trying to play not with my personal life but also trying to threw dirt on my character by doing all this.
