The recovery agents have been repeatedly:
Calling me continuously and abusing/threatening me to make payment.
Threatening to visit my home and workplace to shame or intimidate me.
Accessing my phone contacts without permission, which is illegal, and
Calling my family members, friends, and relatives to threaten and shame me about the loan.
Using intimidating language, mental harassment, and personal threats, which is strictly prohibited under RBI guidelines.
These actions have caused me severe mental stress and violate the RBI Fair Practices Code and Supreme Court guidelines, which clearly state that recovery agents cannot harass, threaten, or contact third parties.
I request immediate action against the concerned recovery agents and the lending company for their illegal and unethical behavior. I also request protection from further harassment, misuse of my personal data, and threats of physical visits.
