Sir, I took personal loan from zest money about a month ago, the processing fees of amount 1239/- which was deducted by zest money at the time of loan apply, even after that the processing fee kept showing to me by adding in the first emi, about which I told zest money many times, Emailed a lot and called many times, but from there it is said every time that your problem will be solved, after that in my first emi, the processing fees were also deducted from my account, even after that I have done many Emails and called Zest Money many times. I have shared my bank statement of both times money deducted from my bank account with Zest Money multiple times via email but it has been more than a month but still no solution to my problem I have neither received any call for refund nor refund has been received.
