I have applied for the home improvement loan[FILE NO:- 677021701] and discussed before with loan executive if this is possible or not as three loans are already running on my name- 1. home loan, 2. car loan, and 3. personal loan. After asking few details he confirmed me yes he will do it no problem. But after few days I got to know know they can only sanction 50K against my asking loan of 6-7 lakhs. To which I asked them No it you can sanction to that extent then it’s fine else taking 50K as loan not worth for me at all so please refund my processing fee as you confirmed me prior to that it will be done 100%. Now they are just telling it will not be refundable. Please help me in this.
