Booked flight ticket on 09 Aug 22 from Bengaluru to Jammu through Travolook. After payment they cancelled the tickets immediately and since then haven’t yet issued the refund. Thereafter, I made multiple mail and customer care calls for the same. They are scamming people all across India. A big scam is going on at National level. Request you to please look into it and help bring down this fraud company
