I have taken Loan on Credit application (Datson Private Limited ) 20000 RS at 31 July 2021 when I tried to make payment on due date my UPI not working after that they are charging daily 200 Rupees penalty now amount is 134400 they are asking to pay .

Kindly solve this issue on priority because due to this issue my cibil getting drop on monthly .
