Sir, my name is Aashish Ranjan, I have taken a loan from the onstream app for some personal reason of amount Rs. 7011. but the amount sanctioned to my bank account was 4055, they have already charged 3000/= as their processing fee. after that in the month of Feb 21 Feb I got a call from an onstream executive and they forced me to pay the money on the same day, they told me today (21st Feb is your last date) after a long discussion I requested to share the link for the half payment and the next half payment after 10 days and they agreed and send the link. i paid 3155 through the link and the balance amount is paid on 4th March through the onstream app of amount 4000/=. now after 10th march, i had received more than 10 to 20 calls /day and on WhatsApp, they are sending the threatening message that they hacked my contact list, call to the reference and recovery team call to my family and office member, and abusive language was used. sir, kindly tell me who has given the right to the loan company that they can treat a customer like this. now from the last 3 days, they are saying, that the first amount that I paid is used as extension money for a given 10 days time limit, I asked to show him the clause where it has been written because 3155 is a heavy amount for a middle-class family. I am attaching the screenshot of the payment along with some of the WhatsApp messages. they are treating me for legal action and hacking of my contact list. now they are asking for 7011 more to close the loan. kindly help me out. i am working in an office where my personal mobile is not allowed, so I can be connected on my no 9717856710 before 9:30 AM, or 1:30m to 2:00 pm lunch time or after 7:00 pm evening .
