Subject: Complaint Regarding Incorrect Loan Status in CIBIL Report Affecting Education Loan

Respected Sir/Madam,
I am writing to lodge a formal complaint against Pooafin and SI Creva, lending partners for the Ring Pay Later service, for inaccurately reflecting the status of my loans in my CIBIL report, despite clearing all dues and closing the account.
Details of the Issue:
1. Loan Account:
I had availed loans through the Ring Pay Later service, facilitated by Pooafin and SI Creva, which I have fully repaid. Despite completing all payments and receiving confirmation of closure from these lenders, the status in my CIBIL report continues to show these loans as unpaid.
2. Impact on My Education Loan:
Due to this incorrect reflection in my CIBIL report, my credit score has been negatively impacted, which is now affecting my education loan application. The situation is causing undue stress and hindering my future academic plans.
3. Attempts to Resolve the Issue:
I have made several attempts to contact Pooafin and SI Creva through emails and phone calls, requesting them to update the loan status in the CIBIL report to “closed.” However, despite multiple complaints, no corrective action has been taken so far.
Relief Sought:
I kindly request the Consumer Court to take immediate action to:
– Direct Pooafin and SI Creva to update my CIBIL report to reflect that all loans have been cleared and marked as “closed.”
– Ensure that these companies rectify the negative impact on my credit score promptly to facilitate my education loan approval.
– Take appropriate action against these companies for their negligence and lack of response.
I am attaching relevant documents, including payment receipts, loan closure confirmation, and the incorrect CIBIL report, for your reference.
I sincerely hope that the court will help me resolve this issue at the earliest.
