I had paid the loan but not updated in cibil currently. Earlier I was able to access the application but now I am unable to further when contacted the customer care support they were trying to fraud me by making me enter different kind of sites and asking for my gpay or paytm account details. I want this sorted soon as I am a housewife needing to take care of my financial situation.
