I had taken loan from an app called Quiklo in 2017 to purchase a mobile phone , however i have made my emi payment regularly on time and closed my loan , but Quiklo has updated in CIBIL saying i have an over due amount of 1460 Rs , not sure why this over due is reflecting , neither the company is existing to settle the amount n get NDC , please help in resolving this issue as it is affecting my loan process and not able to get any financial services from Banks
