Today I have recieved pre approved loan offer from company name Kredit saathi, from chennai, tamilnadu.When I clicked the given link ask to fill the loan application form , required loan amount , tenure , and personal details like Adhaar, PAN car,voter ID,and selfi to upload on the form sent on whatsapp. after filled they sent the message that loan has been approved , A person called by phone name Nipun Rawat , he sent his photo ID to show the matter is genuine. After successfully application he asked to pay processing fee refundable within 15 days amount of 1999/-, after payment he sent me email of reciept of payment and said need to sign agreement and he sent the agreement copy on whatsapp as well as on email pdf attachment.Then he asked to pay file charge 6599/- rupees for agreement paper, he insisted that once payment completed loan amount will be transfer within 5 minutes. Then I had suspicion but as i needed the loan I had paid the 6599/- sent him screen shot. After they sent email and SMS message that my transaction is ready for 500000 /- but hold on for security deposit which also refundable.Once pay immidiately loan will be transfer in my account which i had given in application form.Now I had fully understood this is scam but unfortunately too late I lost the 1999+6599=8598/- rupees. Now same guy Nipun Rawat called and asking to pay the final security deposit amount but I said him let first disbursment complete I will pay immediately or make deduct form the loan amount.He try to convince me by God swear etc etc. But I had then check the chatGpt where i got to know that no any bank will ask security amount prior to disbursment of loan , or bank will diduct the charges and security etc from the loan amount.
I refused to pay and I have reported to my bank and noted the complaint.
