A company Bitsyy Loan is harassing since few days to all my contacts by hacking my phone data and sending them sms that i am unable to contact this person, he has taken a loan and not responding. And telling them your number is given as reference. This they tells to everyone and defaming me in society.
Issue is this, i have taken loan from this company in past and paid on time, that is also a fraud as company is giving loan for only 7 days or 14 days which is against the RBI guidelines. This is registered under NBFC Mahavira Finance limited.
The staff from company transferred 3910 to my account mistakenly and then they converted it to a loan which is not correct.
When they contacted me i told that yes i have received 3910 which i will return but they are telling me to pay 10609 with penalty charges. Why i should pay when i have not requested a loan. you transferred some amount mistakenly thats your concern. and now they are harassing everyone.
