Hello
I am Mangesh Raurale, I had applied for Rs.48000/- loan. All documents submitted to Dayashankar Mishra I’d no. 15842356. He approved loan and I had paid Rs.999/- processing fee.
After that he transferred Loan amount to my account but this amount is not transfer to my account he has send fake message of transfer or your account credited 48900 rupees but hold due MICR code please pay Rs 4250/-
I had paid this amount.
After that he send again fake masseges that is your account credited Rs 53150/- but it is hold reason R.B.I. Hold and please pay 8670 rupees for clearing the amount.
After that he said you loan us pending and EMI start from next month.
But my account has not credited any loan amount then why I am pay EMI from next month.
Please register my complaint and do needful action.
