I have applied for loan from RUPEE FUND but the amount is not credit to my account after 3 to 4 days i have received message through whatsup that my emi is over due and i have to pay emi 10640 and if i not the emi they will call my relatives or friends. The message i receive mentioned below:
Now warn you that your [RupeeFund] loan is overdue. Please pay off the loan today, otherwise we will upload your bad record to the national blacklist of untrustworthy, and you will not be able to borrow money from the bank or any loan company in your life. In addition, all contacts in your mobile phone address book will be called endlessly, including your family members. If you do not pay off the loan, we will arrange staff to go to your home to ask for money. At the same time, you will receive a legal collection letter.
