I had taken a loan on April 2018 and another in Dec 2018 and the one for April 2018 was paid and closed on April 2019 but that when their play began and they started reporting that they did not receive payments and crap for both the accounts and dragged it with fine on it. One of their executive told that they have some merger/recovery team issue and thats why the pays are untraceable. They called me again thri year asking me take up an offer and clear the fine amount with some discount and they did the same drama after I paid it. I wrote an email and their CXO Tushar asked for time to fix the issue but they have been ignoring from then on. They have destroyed my CIBIL score and they have to clear the issue and compensate my loss by paying the same amount they showed ad due for me.
