Today I have closed the loan of Rs 8000 from Cash Pal Application Repayment Link. The loan was successfully closed and I received message regarding the closure of loan. And then I have deleted the Cash Pal Application.
Suddenly I received the message at 2:48 PM that my loan amount of Rs 10000 is approved. I have never reapplied for the loan again. Then why it is approved automatically by your end.
I also received amount of Rs 6000 in my bank account at 5:05 pm and got the message for it.
If I have not applied for the loan again, why have you automatically reapplied it and credited my account.
Request you you please look at this matter and take Rs 6000 back and close my case.
I am calling at your given number in application, but it is not active.
Please take this Rs 6000 back and close my case as I have not applied for the new loan of Rs 10000.
