Today i.e. 27-04-2022 I paid the outstanding loan amount of 12000 when I received the call from an agent named Rohit (+911 20 7111709) even though I had not requested for the amount. He informed me that there is a problem on the app and that many customers have complained that they are receiving loans directly into their account without their consent. I informed him that this is the second time it has happened and he assured me that this will not happen again. I have taken a screen print of his conversation on Whatsapp (as this is the medium CASHPAL uses to contact customers). After making the payment through the app i immediately uninstalled the app however they have again issued a new loan of 14000 wherein they have credited me 8400 in my account. Again they are going to harras me to pay this amount of 14000. I am already in debt and have borrowed money to make these payments because if I do not make the payment they will harass me and use my information i.e. contacts to defame me. Kindly take this up immediately.
