Sir i took a loan from moneytap in 2021 and paid all the payments on-time but after 2 years still it’s showing active in my cibil report, i sent them mail and their attached companiy kisetsu too but both of them are not responding to my issue and not closing my loan. Please sir cloae my loan status.
