I am applying for loan that nbfc ask E mandate registration for auto debit i am also agree this then complete auto debit emi but the lender not sanction loan so how can pay emi why can pay emi. And Nach charges cutting very high please solve this. The lender is fraud i knowing this ofter applying The loan,the lender have no contact details where can contact how to stop Nach requests
