I took a consumer loan from zest money for an Amazon purchase which i cleared it without any due, after 2 months my credit report shows the loan status as active. When checked with zest money they said it will be corrected but it’s been 3 months they are still asking time for the correction.
Then i checked with the lender piramal capital to my surprise they said I have 3 months of due and after making the payment they will close my loan, which is totally a scam happening here.
My cibil score is impacted very badly because of this and they harassed me mentally.
