recently i took loan from kreditbee, i paid the emi 15 days after the emi date which is 5th of every month, its just 10 days delayed payment , but within that 10day, i got repeated harassment calls, spam calls, warning messages on watsapp ,of agents visiting my home and office, i even got a fake legal notice for a 10 days delayed emi payment according to RBI this is an unethical method of behaving with customers, we are customers not their slaves, what human rights they have to harass customers like this, which legal advisor or a lawyer sends a fake legal notice for a 10days delay payment , is what i want to know
