I am getting messages of loan repayment from karthis ecommerce pvt ltd, under different app names but from a single sender id. If not, they are threatening to drag my family into this. Please look into it.

I get loan from navi loan app I pay all emi correct time this month I got accident so I ask time and overdue only 5 days but that recovery agents call to my contacts and harassing daily please help me they theft mg data’s face book
friends also kindly help me I need

When I was a student .I took some loan from mpockt. Previously I was also repaying my loan till lockdown was got imposed. And until then I had have already paid them 42 times. Now after lockdown days went off and they are asking me to deposit something about 48000 against my 10k loan.
They impose huge intrest against RBI guidelines. Processing fee should not be more than 1% but they impose huge processing fee of RS 203 just for 2k loan and also 18% gst on processing fee. They also used to call daily and harass us. They call our relatives and friends and harass them. They are totally running an illeagal company under the nose of RBI. So I humbly request respected RBI to take strict action against mpockt ( jalan chemical) west Bengal. Because many people are committing s@uicide because of there harassment.
