I get loan from moneytap all dues I paid correctly but last month the collection. Agent was blackmailing and asking 20000 for his account otherwise call to my all contact so i put payment to his account but not updated in my loan and now another agent asking due payment please help me

Money tap telesales calling me and putting msg on whtsup that today is ur last to pay dues amount or if u fail then executive will visit at home from last 1 month i did not pay loan amount because i lost my job but they are not undstnding my situation i told them i will pay once i will get job all the amount but they are harassing me .please help me i need some time i know i have taken nd i have to pay they include penalty also i vl pay but i need time please help me
