I have taken a loan in the Navi app in June 2022. Till August 2023 I have paid all the installments without any failure. Due to financial imbalance I couldn’t pay ONLY 1 MONTH SEPTEMBER 2023 current moth EMI. they started calling on my contacts. As per RBI guidelines they are not supposed to do it.
