I have taken 4,000 INR loan from FF loan app. After all Deductions I have received amount of 2160 INR. Because of some medical emergency I couldn’t able to pay the amount on time. They contacted me couple of times. I said I will pay the total outstanding on 10th of October when I will get my salary.
They started calling again and again for the repay and used vulgar and foul language to ask to pay the amount. Some how I arranged one 2000 INR I paid and told rest amount will pay after getting my salary. He told what I paid 2000 INR is just to extend the did date for 5 days.
That was very dissatisfied. Loan I appied for 4k and approved 2,160 INR AND I PAID 2,000 INR and again they are asking to pay 4,000 INR more. How it is possible. This is
totally unfair. They scolded my mother and me. Telling as they will share nudes of mine to all my family members and friends contact numbers. People will go to depression and try to kill themselfs. Such type of options they choosed for re payments and to collect more money apart from actually given to the customer.
Hope to sort it out as soon as possible and my request is to please save customers who are there in this mafia.
