I had taken a loan on Rs8k from MPOKKET and since then they have added up so much interest its been just 4 months now and they are asking me to pay back Rs 23,296/- which is triple the amount that I have taken also they are constantly harassing and abusing me and my family by sending threat messages and calls. This is completely illegal for a non-aided company to harass and threaten women.
They have illegally done Contact harassment, Agent harassment, Penalty harassment, Customer care harassment, and CIBIL harassment.
Ask Them to reduce the charges and do a one time settlement , i took a loan of same amount 8,000 on 2020 Jan and repaid it on May 2022 , i removed my contact access from google account unlinked all my apps using my contact info and they were clueless for 2 years so they gave me a offer of 13,000 one time payment and now it has also been removed from my cibil ask then for wavier
