”loan gram” app fraud , those are accessed my phone contacts and blackmailing ,

i have downloaded app and I applied for loan 5 k ,, for 5k they’ve charged 8k within a week and they’re contacting threw Watsap… I said how much i will taken i will pay ..for that they sent my total phone contacts and started blackmailing.. i told them first tell me how you got my contacts,,after that i will pay back
