I sir/madam I have taken a loan of six thousand ( I got like five thousand)on December 2020 and due date was march due to uncircumcised conditions I couldn’t make the payment on time and also father was tested positive and have to personal loan from other for the treatment and I have called them and mentioned I’ll repay but will take time and they started calling all my contacts since then and also telling me to pay thirty seven thousand which is like six times the principal amount. Which does not follow the RBI guidelines, kindly look into this matter. I will repay the principal amount but what they are asking is too high.
