hello sir , i downloaded a app – named – duncan cash , after dowloading it shows that your loan is approved for 30,000 , after that i provided my some details and documents , the loan without permission they transfered rs 1650 rs and asking for 3000 rs , after all , they said that my all data , doucument, my contact list , my photos , they will viral on internet and ask loan amount from my contact list , and they misbehaved with me with vulgur activities , also theafter they said that you can pay the amount only 1650 rs and loan will be closed , i paid 1650 rs which i got , now again they are saying more 3000 you have to paye , sir why should i pay 4500 rs for 1650 rs ?, please file a case and arrest the owner as soon as possible
