I, Prarthana Sharma, am filing this complaint regarding a loan account that has been wrongly and fraudulently reported in my name in my TransUnion CIBIL credit report.
I categorically state that I have never applied for this loan, never signed any loan agreement, never received any loan amount, and never made any payment toward this account. This loan does not belong to me and appears to be a case of incorrect reporting and possible identity misuse.
I raised a formal dispute with TransUnion CIBIL; however, the dispute was closed on the grounds that demographic/KYC details matched, without providing any documentary proof or loan records. The concerned lender has also failed to provide copies of the loan application, signed agreement, or KYC documents allegedly used to create this loan account.
Due to this incorrect and negligent reporting, my credit profile has been adversely affected, causing financial loss, reputational damage, and mental harassment.
I respectfully request an immediate investigation, removal of the incorrect loan entry from my CIBIL credit report, and appropriate action against the concerned lender for negligence and data misuse.
