Good evening!
Myself mohamed Yousuf, got a loan from flexiloan through loansathi app, and today is the repayment date and I paid too! When was trying to pay through the loansathi app it opens a link and it shows the icici bank account details, tried paying through gpay to the bank the payment got declined twice. So paid through my net banking and shared the payment screenshot to them who asked for the payment details in what’s app! Ultimately I have done the payment on time and in the app it didn’t reflect and it shows ongoing still. Today from the flexiloan app members messaging through what’s app and harassing . Whichever the link they have given gone through and done the payment .they asked me to update gpay receipt. When I tried to transfer that amount through gpay it got declined. Go with the given bank details I had transfer the same amount through my net banking. And shared the receipt to them. Yesterday itself . Kindly do fix the issue .
