I have not taken any loan from Ring App. I have not heard of this app before it happens. They called me to pay an EMI that was not related to me, so I ignored it. Then after months, I checked my Cibil score, and the 12000 amount was overdue showing in my Cibil account. after that I called the Ring app to verify it, the loan was taken using my PAN card but my date of birth, Mobile number, and email was not matched. I asked them for details, they only gave me the last four digits of that account number and mobile number (not even matched to my account and mobile number), where they credited the amount. They said they transferred the amount to the given account number that is related to a federal bank, but I have no account in a federal bank. Today morning I visited the federal bank to confirm my fake account to their bank, but they checked my given details (PAN and Adhaar Card), and they didn’t find any account related to me. Ring app is refusing to give any other information about this loan. due to this my CIBIL score is impacted.
