Hello sir/madam
I have taken a loan from one hope loan by my bank app amount 5000rs in which they deducted 1600 as processing fee and taxes..and now I’m trying to pay back on time their application is not functioning it say system error everyday since 5 days,there no fault of mine they are added over due amount of 400rs per day ..I have attached the screenshots too
