I applied for a loan of 10000 rupees and received 6000 from an app NewLoan from play store. The company I am getting calls and messgaes from is ReaLoantecstation Private Limited. Only after the money was disbursed, the tennure was shown on the app which was 7 days. However, now they are asking me to repay only a day after having received the loan amount. When I said why so the rep on the customer care number 08420114420 (ReaLoantecstation) told me that due to technical error your repayment date has been changed. I said it’s not my mistake, then he said to close the account by paying the money total received. When I denied, he threatened me that they will call my family members. Besides, their loan app is not opening and when I asked why sot, he said he will open once I arrange the money.
