My name is Naveen Kumar. I have downloaded a app from play store and gave my PAN no. Aadhar number, a selfie photograph & access to my to mobile contacts as a usual process of other loan apps like paytm, phone pe, bajaj finserve etc. After that without my knowledge 2 loan amounts of Rs. 2160 each has been credited into my account on 25 Jan’2024. Whereas I have not applied. after 2 days of this transfer they told that they calling from Swift Cash / Karta Loan and asked me to repay Rs. 3600/- for each transfer that means Rs. 7200 they are asking in total to repay, the recover agents started calling and chating on what’s app and harrasing / blackmailing me to make the payment by misusing my selfie photograph, they have pasted my photo with a another person who is with some girl in filth situation, they are threating me if I do not pay the amount then they send this photographs to all my contacts. The recover agents are trained to abuse and be harsh, please help & close these loans which given to me without my consent, also I have informed my contacts that this fraud is happened with me, also due to this my image is hardly damaged in eyes of my relatives, friends & official colleagues, I request consumer complaint platform to take the action against this two loan app that is Swift Cash and Karta Load, I am attaching the screenshot of chat.
