I had taken a loan of Rs 1,20,000 from Home Credit, Home Credit is charging me Rs 2,08,899 in repayment, Home Credit is charging me 44% interest, whereas as per RBI guidelines, any private company can give a maximum of 35% Can charge interest up to ‘ cannot charge more than this, what should I do, how can I deal with this?
