i am taking loan from koko loan app 6,000/ amount the payment date is came and executive was calling me for payment reminder and he give the upi details also I do that the payment of 6,000/- but he told payment was not done once again u pay and told extra charges to pay for late payment but o have transaction id and bank statement , he is harass in whatsapp and he talk in local language in worst words what I can do please help me sir.
