Respected Sir/Ma’am
I had applied for a loan of ₹20000 from the HD large cash app. Thats under HDFC Bank.
I was told to pay 10% I paid ₹2000. I was told to pay 9000₹ because I didnt input my bank details. Then I was charged 7250₹. I received 2000₹ from bank. Then I was told to pay 12000₹ when I refused bank said pay 2000₹ for account activation. Now Im being told to pay 6500₹ for withdrawal. I have paid all charges by borrowing the amount. If I could arrange the money I would not have asked for the loan. Please solve it or refund my amount. It was really a very very bad experience. I am attaching all the payment proofs and sending the letter sent to me by HDFC Finaces. Please do the needful and help me get my money back.
