I am raising this complaint against the loan lending app Rupayekey. According to the information given by the app in the playstore they have a very standard procedure way of loan lending system, but contrary to that this application is scamming the innocent customer. This app gives our loan without showing any laon amount, interest rate and loan duration in their own. The way this company function is extremely unprofessional without any customer service. Of course they do provide gmail address for customer service which is irresponsive. My main issue is that they automatically give out loan without my consent. I notice the loan application of Rs. 2000 which was done automatically without my intervention. I request one of the employee to cancel the loan and report that the app is crashing. But after he got my loan repayment he completely ignore my issue. So I go to playstore and report the app and even request to cancel the laon by contacting the email provided in the app customer service but they did not respond and an amount of Rs.1800 was disbursed to my account. After a week they started contacting me through whatsapp to repay the loan( Rs. 3000) that I did not apply for. I said I did not apply for that loan and that I will give back only what is credited to my account that is Rs. 1800, but they insisted and threatened me that they will access my contact logs and call up all my contact list and tell them and even threatened to make my documents viral. I am not scared of all this threats made by them in fact I asked them to do it since I have all the proof that I did not apply for that loan. They way they interact with the customer is quite unprofessional full of slangs and they barely even knows how to speak English. What I wanted to address is that many innocent citizens are falling for this such fraud. It is my humble request to take a serious action against such fraud app where thousands of citizens have been victimised. I have attached all the necessary proof.
