I was checking the loan details from the app zestmoney suddenly it process the loan but i don’t want that .So, I inform him to their customer care number .They said we will cancel the loan but after waiting some time it didn’t happen so I call him again next time they said the loan is not in our control so when the money will credit in your account you will pay the total amount as well as processing fees I said why I will pay the extra amount .So they said your extra amount will be refund in 7 days. but now they are refusing it .I have their call recording.
