I have taken a loan in kreditbee. Loan was sanctioned by incred financial services limited. I have cleared all dues in given time period. Still the loan was in active status from October -2021. It was the problem for getting another loans. I raised so many complaints to them. They told to wait for three months to update in cibil report. As of now 10 months completed. Still the loan was in active status. Please clear this issue.
