I have download the union cash credit app after that they approve the loan of rs.50000 they need 750 for membership after that they need 2500 as processing fee and now they need 5000 as banking verification.

I was trying to apply for a loan from your application but it was not giving me an option to fill out the loan amount or edit any information filled. I seeked for the help from one of your employee via whtsapp. His name is siddhant Gupta thats what he said . The number i get connected was 9835768059 ( Indian Union Credit Cash Loan ) . I would like to raise a complaint against him as he was extremely unprofessional on the chat and he was not able to help me at all. I almost wasted an hour with him with no conclusions but one that you have hired an extremely rude and unprofessional employee. I work for a international banking process too and i know how customer service works and he was the worst employee i could ever get in touch with. He called me stupid without understanding my situation and kept on saying irrelevant things and kept calling me sir as i told him i am a woman. Employees like these gives us a very wrong impression for your banking services. If you could please audit the conversation we both had and make an improvment in such kind of employees that would be easier to connect with you as these employees are the only source of connect for us.
