I have taken loan from lucky rupee on 10 September on 2020 loan amount of 3500 after taking the they didn,t inform me or call for repayment thats why i forgot to repay after some time when i try to kow about my information regarding loan repayment. I went to the application app by putting my mobile number but i can,t open the app for repayment now my pan card is invalid due to it so please help regarding it as i want to clear the loan i try it many times for repayment but they are not responding.When i go to paisa bazar it is the name of Kemex Enginerring Pvt Ltd and amount remaining to paid is 4570 were should go and paid my loan i.m confuse please help.

I have not taken any loan from lucky rupee still I am getting messages to make a payment and there is no customer service number Or any contact details on the app please help me.
