I had applied for a loan with Max Credit. They verified my documents and then I got a call from them. Initially they asked me to pay 1499 for loan protection security. Then they asked me to pay 9000 for gst.
When I thought that something is fishy, I asked them to cancel my loan request and provide a refund. For that, they asked me to pay 3999 cancellation charges. Then there was no update after that regarding my refund.
After a week , I got an email mentioning that I will get a call from the verification team for final verification and then the amount will be refunded. It’s been 3 weeks now and I did not receive any calls nor are they replying to my emails.
I have all the emails sent by them.
