Hi, my name is Shibin Samuel Mathew and I took loan from Rhinofinance ltd. from a app of theirs and after that due to COVID 19 pandemic wasn’t able to repay the loan due to which my CIBIL got affected because Rhinofinance ltd. informed them. But after few months Rhinofinance ltd. got closed by RBI and on their official website wall they have declaration about loans below 25000 waived off by them and NOCs provided them by e-mail, but I didn’t received any NOC by mail from company and from past 5 years this pending loan statement affecting my CIBIL score and now I am in trouble because of this. So please help me to get over it.
