I have applied for a loan on cashe in an urgency but till now they haven’t resolved any of my queries. I requested them to update my mobile number as my registered number is not working to complete the esign process. They didn’t do it. Saying me that your query will be resolved in 4 days. I mean why someone need 4 days to update the mobile number. Also I clearly said that I am in urgency then they will send the message that there will be slight delay in disbursing. If u can’t provide instant loan then why it’s a part of instant loan. Just clarify it in ur app as well as in website that we can’t disburse immediately. Please look into the matter. My registered id is sharmajyotirmoy44@gmail.com. my raised ticket regarding the issues are 23018767. My loan ID is 4535024. Please resolve it urgent by 25th July 2024
