Sir I had applied loan on instamoney loan app, paid Rs 199 in the name of registration fee and Rs 59 in the name of e-mandate charge but I was cenceled as not eligible.
I email for refund but got no response. It’s been almost a week today but I haven’t received my refund yet.
please help me sir
